The release date has passed. Why has my order not shipped?
If the release date has passed, please do get in touch and we can provide an update. Sometimes there are industry delays, such as the manufacturer delaying a product release. Other times our stock has not arrive on time due to a late delivery to our warehouse. The solution will vary on a case by case basis.
We work incredibly hard to try and give the most accurate dates we can for products, but this does sometimes change due to factors that are out of our hands. We truly understand the frustration and will do everything in our power to get the product with you on time.
When will my product be shipped?
Product pre-orders will be shipped the day before release if we have the product available to do so. The product is expected to arrive the day of release for UK residents. For international customers, delivery can take up longer depending on the service chosen.
My order contains a pre-order item and an in stock item. Why hasn’t the in stock item shipped yet?
If multiple products with different release dates are pre-ordered together, the entire order will be sent when all the items are available. If you require an item as sooner, please create separate orders for products with different release dates.
When will I be charged for my order?
For pre-orders, payment will be taken as soon as the pre-order has been made. This is to secure the reservation of your purchase. We cannot delay the charging of your card for these transactions.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time, excluding once the item is being processed or has been dispatched. However, you are entitled to return the product and we will process a full refund in line with our returns policy. For more information, please see the ‘returns and refunds’ section of the FAQ.
