This also applies when in stock items are ordered together with pre-ordered items. For pre-orders, payment will be taken as soon as the pre-order has been made. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time, excluding the week before release.

  Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
